If your system administrator has enabled self-service password resets, then you can reset your password from your application's login page. The password reset function will send an email to the address associated with your user account. From there, you can set a new password.
Please note that if your password changes, you will need to re-download and re-activate your protected content.
If your system administrator has not enabled self-service password resets, then you will need to contact your local support desk to request a password reset. Please note that ARALOC support personnel cannot accept password reset requests directly from users.
